ARCC Center Foundation is a Non-Profit Organization that is looking to hire dedicated and caring Respite Workers that will be helping to support individuals who have autism and/or other developmental disabilities and their families at the client's home and in the community.

Positions are part-time and the schedule is very flexible (**perfect for a college student**) Hours range from 6hrs-30hrs/week depending on your availability.

Pro-Act training and certification is available for some of our Respite Workers when you join ARCC Center Foundation- this is highly sought out training in many fields.
Requirements to be considered for the position:

Experience working with children(including babysitting) is highly preferred, must be very caring, friendly, energetic, outgoing, and patient

Must be comfortable working with self help skills.

Must be able to manage own schedule.

Must be reliable.

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have a valid CA Drivers License, reliable transportation, have access to internet, and be able to respond to text messages quickly.

Will need to get CPR & First Aid Certifications shortly after being hired.
